| Project Description | Rehabilitation of 3 pumping stations: SP4 Lac; DiarEssalem and Dar Nawar. The project covers many disciplines mainly mechanical, civil, electrical & instrumentation services. The works include : • Supply and replacement of submerged electropumps (with a total of 10 electropumps ) • Supply and replacement of stainless steel piping ; valves and accessories • Supply and replacement of the penstocks and screen baskets • Supply and replacement of lifting equipment and hot galvanized steel ladders • Civil works and refurbishment of the electrical cabinet and the generator set rooms • Engineering , Supply and installation of surge vessels with capacity up to 8m3 • Sandblasting and painting of all existing lifting equipment • Supply, replacement and testing of -a new MV / LV substation station • Engineering , supply, disassembly, assembly, connection and testing of the following electrical equipment - new power and control panels including monitoring system ( PLC) - new 60 KV generator sets equipped with their control panels - new battery unit capacitors - electrical power cables - ultrasonic level probes and level floats - earthing systems - lighting equipment |
